Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped within three to four business days after your order is placed. All items ship UPS Ground from California and take 2 to 5 business days depending on your distance from us. Certain items marked with an “IN STOCK” date will ship soon after the specified date. For shipping to Canada, we use US Mail, Global Priority. Extra charges may apply.

All of our products come with a lifetime warranty on the workmanship, pen mechanisms (cartridge not included) and jewelry settings. You may return your item and we will replace or repair provided it is not damaged by misuse. Please note, due to the age of the wood and uniqueness of the seats, some wood may show dark irregularities in the grain.
